Manager Distribution Central

Leading a large team covering operations across Southern West Sydney and the Wollongong area, you will be responsible for delivery, safety, reliability and ongoing improvement of the Endeavour Energy network.


Reporting to the Head of Field Operations, you will need to be a people focused leader who can drive changes in the way teams work, utilising technology to improve efficiencies and ensure the organisations ongoing success.


Role and responsibilities include:


  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety, ensuring a high safety accountability culture at all levels.
  • Manage the construction, maintenance, 24-hour fault and emergency response and facility management of the distribution function within the geographic area.  
  • Engage staff in the customer value improvement initiatives of the organisation and implement these initiatives across all groups to ensure the organisation meets its target of improving value to our customers.
  • Develop and drive leadership skills development across the team and develop succession and career progression plans for staff.

This role would suit someone with relevant experience and qualifications who has lead large field based teams Energy, Utilities, Construction or similar industries.

  • Use data and reporting to inform decision making to deliver better operational outcomes
