Senior HR Advisor

Based in Huntingwood, this role is responsible for supporting the frontline people by providing timely advice and coordinating a range of generalist HR functions.


Roles and responsibilities include:
 

  • Provide accurate and timely advice to internal stakeholders across all generalist People and Culture matters.
  • Provide support to the Business Partners and work across all stages of the employee life cycle such as recruitment, onboarding, talent identification, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, restructuring, performance management and termination.
  • Ability to deal with and resolve difficult employee issues, with support from Business Partners or others where appropriate.
  • Assist with system related processes, out of system approvals and other administration as required.

This role would suit someone with relevant degree qualifications able to work at a fast pace, dealing with ambiguity and anticipating needs of the business. You will need to manage a broad responsibilities and complex issues within a changing environment.


To be successful:
 

  • Experience in a similar advisory role with well-developed administrative experience.
  • Proven capability to work through and achieve resolution of difficult employee issues, with assistance where appropriate.
  • Able to manage and influence people to achieve outcomes and enable change to be implemented
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and developments in Human Resources and Industrial Relations
