Payroll Systems Administrator

Based in Huntingwood, this newly created 2 year fixed term contract role plays a crucial role in the Payroll team as you manage, maintain and improve key systems such as SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, Kronos and Spinifex.

Roles and responsibilities include:


  • Identify, develop and implement business process improvements and enhancements including regular system updates. 
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across Payroll systems including assessing interface errors and reviewing master data changes are correct and meet compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting for key internal stakeholders ensuring data accuracy while ensuring confidentiality and privacy. 
  • Provide high level support to Payroll, Finance and HR teams around systems, processes and reporting requirements.

This role would suit someone with extensive experience managing SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, Kronos and Spinifex who can consult, influence and provide appropriate advice to a diverse range of stakeholders.

To be successful:

  • Broad knowledge of Payroll and HR practices with the ability to use this knowledge to provide advice and seek system and reporting enhancements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence managers and employees at various levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break information into components, patterns or relationships and probing for further information or a greater understanding. 
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to convert complex data into simplified content for end users with a focus on quality data and data integrity.
