As part of a wider team, you will be responsible for supporting various business units across the organisation during each stage of property activities by ensuring the effective management, administration and competitive value is achieved for all property dealings compliant with property policies, processes, procedures and governance frameworks


Key Accountabilities 
 

  • Management of property dealings, including acquisition/disposal of freehold properties, easements, leases and licenses while ensuring the priorities, objectives and interests of the portfolio are met and protected.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of all property data and asset management information compliant with the organisations practices and company policies and procedures plus all internal and external reporting responsibilities, including Quarterly Activity Reports required under the Distribution Network Lease and Foreign Investment Review Board conditions. 
  • Thorough understanding of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act and NSW Conveyancing laws. 
  • Management of Communication Facilities both owned, leased, and sublicensed to ensure security of tenure and ongoing rental income.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships by collaborating with business units, internal and external stakeholders, providing support and resolving complex issues.
  • Optimise the quality of Endeavour Energy’s decision making by providing quality, timely and accurate specialist advice on property strategy and planning issues, including mandatory reporting within the organisation, and to all external governing bodies. 
  • Undertake complex property functions as required, including but not limited to interpreting surveys, responding to land use opportunities, property and development enquiries, access requests to communication facilities and property tenure agreements.
  • Contribute to team goals and integrated approaches to the ongoing management of Endeavour Energy’s property portfolio by participating in team projects.
     

Required Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property, Land Economics, Project Management or Town Planning
