Our two to three year job rotation program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for your career with us. You’ll work with experienced electrical engineers in solving ‘real world’ problems associated with the electricity network.

Our Electrical Engineering graduates will typically rotate through four to six placements over the course of the program, providing a diverse overall experience and great learning opportunities. We actively support your development via regular career planning discussions and training sessions to help you on your way to becoming a future leader at Endeavour Energy.

What experience will I gain?

You’ll gain experience and knowledge across various divisions, in field and office based environments. Typical areas available in Electrical Engineering at Endeavour Energy are:

  • earthing and power quality
  • protection and control
  • asset management and planning
  • project management
  • design
  • field operations and support (including construction and maintenance)
  • metering information and development, and
  • technology and innovation
